Future Education: Secondary Schools – Event Report

With expert input from Dr John I’Anson, Associate Dean of Learning and Teaching at the University of Stirling, and Fiona MacLellan a PhD candidate from the Glasgow School of Art’s Highlands and Islands Campus, this event explored the future for our high schools.

The event also featured a contribution from Shaun Cairns MSYP, Convener of the Scottish Youth Parliament’s Culture and Media Committee, who fed back on the Youth Parliament’s recent consultation on the future of high school education in Scotland.

The event was chaired by Sir Andrew Cubie, chair of the Goodison Group in Scotland and a director of Scotland’s Futures Forum.
